We are currently hiring for our one of our clients for multiple jobs in Dharampur Solan for following positions:

Salary Range: Rs. 15000 to 80,000 per month of all category
Age Limit: Up to 35 years
Location: Dharampur, Solan (HP)

Job Positions and Descriptions

  1. Positions: Project Manager (Vacancy-1)
    • Education: B.Arch/M.Arch in Architecture, Interior Design, or B.Tech/M.Tech with Architecture knowledge. Preferably with a Project Management qualification/experience.
    • Skills: Expertise in Architectural drawings, team leadership, project management, and presentations. Strong communication skills.
    • Software Skills: AutoCAD, Sketch up, Photoshop, MS Office, Project Management software.
    • Experience: 8-10 years.
  2. Positions:Design Manager (Vacancy-1)
    • Education: B.Arch/M.Arch in Architecture, Interior Design, or B.Tech/M.Tech with Architecture knowledge.
    • Skills: Proficiency in Architectural drawings, team leadership, project management, and presentations. Strong communication skills.
    • Software Skills: AutoCAD, Sketch up, Photoshop, MS Office.
    • Experience: 6-8 years.
  3. Positions: Senior Engineer (Vacancy-1)
    • Education: B. Tech in Civil Engineering with Architecture knowledge.
    • Skills: Proficiency in drawings, presentations, and good communication.
    • Software Skills: AutoCAD, Sketch up, Photoshop (3Ds Max, V-ray, Lumion, and Revit are added advantages).
    • Experience: 4-5 years.

  8. Position: Assistant Manager-Production (Vacancy -1)
    1st Preference: Himachali.
    Job Description:
    • Oversee production processes to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
    • Manage schedules, resources, and budgets for projects.
    • Coordinate with design, procurement, and manufacturing teams to meet client specifications.
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures.
    Key Skills:
    • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

  9. Positions: Manager- Sales& Marketing (Vacancy-2)
    Locations: Bangalore & Hyderabad
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Strong understanding of architecture and interior design industry trends and products.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share for architecture and interior design products/services.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Build partnerships with key industry stakeholders, including architects, designers, integrators and contractors and Building materials companies etc.
    • Market research and competitive analysis expertise.
    • Sales forecasting and performance tracking.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Develop strategies to expand the company’s market presence.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials.
    • Pitch services to potential clients and close sales.
    • Generate and qualify leads to expand the customer base.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, or Interior Design (or related field).
    • Certification in sales or marketing management (e.g., CIM, Google Analytics, or similar) is a plus.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot).
    Experience:
    • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales and marketing within the architecture, interior design, or related industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successful product marketing campaigns.
    • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and executing integrated marketing strategies.
    • Familiarity with both B2B and B2C sales models.
