Hiring Vocational Training Centre Manager in Dharamshala

We are urgently hiring Vocational Training Centre Manager in Dharamshala to be deployed in a reputed Charitable Trust for a minimum period of 3 years.

The VTC offers courses include Electrical Skills, Cookery, Tailoring, and Heavy Transport Vehicle (HTV) training.

The successful candidate will provide strategic direction and operational management to ensure programme quality, sustainability, and measurable employment outcomes.

Gender: Male

Age: 25 – 40 Years

Education: Minimum graduate + MBA

Experience in Vocational Training is desireable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a three-year VTC strategy and annual operational plans.
  • Ensure effective student recruitment and maintain strong attendance and completion rates.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage teaching and administrative staff.
  • Strengthen employer partnerships and build internship and job placement networks.
  • Oversee day-to-day operational management of VTC facilities.
  • Contribute actively as a member of the Tong-Len management team.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven management capability.
  • Strong background in programme development and skills initiatives.
  • Experience in vocational training or workforce development.
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to social development and community empowerment.
